EB-3 Visa Program

Employment-Based (EB) Visas

The Immigration and Nationality Act permits the government to issue 140.000 employment-Based visas each year. The 140.000 visas are divided amongst five preference categories (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4 and EB-5).

Once issued, an EB visa allows a foreign worker and his/her family to live and work lawfully in the U.S. as
permanent residents.

EB-3 Visa

The maximum number of visas that can be issued each year under the EB-3 Visa Program is 40.000 (or 28,6% of the EB program), plus any of the unused or unissued EB-1 and EB-2 quota for that year.

The EB-3 visa is for people from other countries who want to work in the United States. You need a job offer from a U.S. employer who couldn’t find a suitable American worker for the job. It helps employers find workers with special skills they need. Once you get this visa, you can come and work in the U.S. for that employer. It’s like a ticket that lets you work in the United States when you have a job waiting for you. There are three main categories:

1. Skilled Workers are persons whose jobs require a minimum of 2 years training or work experience that are not temporary or seasonal.

2. Professionals are members of the professions whose jobs require at least a baccalaureate degree from a U.S. university or college or its foreign equivalent degree.

3. Unskilled workers (Other workers) are persons capable of filling positions that require less than 2 years training or experience that are not temporary or seasonal. Around 10.000 visas per year can be issued to foreign workers under the EB-3 unskilled category.

EB-3 Unskilled Visa

The EB-3 Unskilled Visa is a special opportunity for people from around the world to come to the United States for employment in jobs that don’t require advanced skills or education. These are typically jobs that involve hard work but don’t demand specialized training or expertise, such as positions in agriculture, hospitality, or certain labor-intensive industries.

At GMN Group, we specialize in helping individuals navigate the EB-3 Unskilled Visa process. To qualify for this visa, you need a job offer from a U.S. employer who is unable to find enough American workers to fill these specific roles. Your employer must show that there’s a genuine need for workers like you.

This visa opens the door for individuals seeking employment opportunities in the USA, allowing them to contribute their valuable work ethic and dedication to the American job market. It’s a chance to be part of the workforce and build a better future for you and your family in the United States with the expert guidance of GMN Group.
