To be eligible for CEC, you must:

• Have at least one year of work experience as a skilled worker in Canada in the last 3 years before you apply
• Meet CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs or CLB 5 for NOC B jobs
• Plan to live outside the province of Quebec.
